I’m sure most of you know the phrase«The right place at the right time.» Let’s get real here. How AWESOME would it be if we could MAKE our luck and win the lottery to become billionaires? But if you know any concept of math, you know you have a better chance of getting struck in the ass by bolts of lighting… 10 times. What’s the point of winning a jackpot if you’re dead? Okay, I’m getting off-tangent here, sorry! But what I can say is… if you’re out looking for a photographer, chances are… you’re one of the lucky ones who have already found your luck and have what REALLY matters in life. Family, friends, soulmates, babies, and children. There is NO amount of money that can give you those blessings. They are priceless. Truly, they are… Now, if you’re reading this, I assume you’re looking for a photographer to capture those priceless life moments, right? Well, STOP. You do not need to look any further. YOU’VEHITTHEJACKPOT!!! Alana, the talent behind 1486 Photography, is not just your ordinary camera(wo)man. I’m sure you’ll come across other photographers who take great pictures. But Alana’s work is AMAZING and a step above all others… I don’t know how she does it, but her photoshoots COMPLETELY capture the essence of those«right place in the right time» moments. Nothing ever looks«staged» and all her photos feel REALLY«authentic» and I, for one… can see the love she puts in her work. I’ve used 1486 Photography for a few photoshoots and have gotten to know Alana pretty well. She is a TOTAL sweetheart and so easy to work with. She makes ALL her clients feel completely at ease… like you’ve been friends forever. She even got my stone faced husband to break out of his cheesy fake smiles! I can vouch for her that as an awesome wife, mother to two adorable littles, sister, and friend, she totally«gets» it. She’s BEEN there… engaged/married to the love of her life, experienced the miraculous journey into motherhood(twice!), and she knows how to capture those moments you want to hold in your hands forever. Whether it’s that first kiss after the«I Do”-s, holding your 5 second old newborn, or illustrating those precious family connections via pictures… I can guarantee you that Alana will hit the nail on the head. Alana is very professional, prompt, and has serious passion behind what she does. To say«She likes what she does for a living» would be the biggest understatement in the world. She once said she’s living her DREAM doing this… and her pictures speak for themselves. Her pricing is extremely competitive and in my opinion completely fair. I love my pictures, EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. And in all honestly, I would have paid more, in my opinion… because I’m THAT happy with my end product(s). So let me end this review by saying«Congratulations!»(for finding your soulmate, wife/husband, becoming parents, etc). I really hope you choose Alana for your photography needs, you won’t be disappointed! If I could give her 10 stars, I wouldn’t hesitate!
