I’ve been with 2 the Core for about 3 months now and so far it’s been great! I haven’t quit yet! Lol I’ve been to other group training where the focus isn’t on you and what you’re capable level. Eventually I just hated it and stop going. I’ve been so out of shape and done almost nothing, I need to start somewhere but didn’t know where to start. I didn’t want to bulk up or injure myself in the long run. In the pass I would try to work out and have lots of tightness and strain in my legs etc. Along with my busy 2 jobs schedule I need a place where I can actually fit that time in and affordable. Decided to give 2 the Core a shot and met with Christina for assessment. Started right away that week. Christina and Claudio makes the class fun and we have a lot of laughter while doing effective workout. Scheduling your training for the week are very flexible to fit in you’re busy life. They’re great with checking up on how the exercise doing for you and modifying it for you if needed. Work out changes every time so you’re not bored and a lot of it you can even try doing it at home. My strength and endurance had gone up. I don’t feel strain in my leg muscle anymore.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Christina and Claudio back in April when I decided I was sick and tired of constantly feeling lazy and sluggish, and needed to make a serious change to my sedentary lifestyle. I knew that I couldn’t work out without help from a professional, so I turned to GoodLife fitness, as I had had a membership with them for over 2 years. After an hour consultation, where I was told to get in shape with the aid of their trainers, I would have to fork over $ 5000, I turned to Kijiji for a more financially reasonable solution. That’s where I found an ad for the 2 the core fitness, I called Christina and explained to her that I was looking for a trainer, she immediately fit me in for a consultation. For $ 36 a session, I was able to sign up for a dozen beginner sessions with no pressure of contracts or being locked in. I started right away, and with the help of a meal plan/journal that Christina provided as well as training 3 times a week, I was able to lose 12 lbs in the first month alone. Christina and Claudio are WONDERFUL, they are extremely supportive and form a personal relationship with each of their clients. They pushed me to test my strength, which I didn’t think I had. They cater to their clients needs, whether it’s to lose weight, improve posture or gain strength and balance. They concentrate on each individual client’s unique needs and keep a close eye on everyone’s progress. They are also extremely flexible, as I work shift work and my hours are all over the place. If you are looking for a trainer, 2 to the core fitness is the way to go, due to great service, results and affordability.

I feel so lucky to have met Christina and have the opportunity to train with her. She is fabulous at being able to adjust exercises according to skill level and ability. It’s a great group of moms and babies to meet and work out with as well. I highly recommend it!
