HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! The ladies answering the phone obviously have no idea what they’re talking about. After making our way down there they say they hadn’t spoken to me on the phone, so I called the number back and what do you know. Their phone rang. I went in and after getting nowhere with the people at the desk asked to speak to the manager. They claimed he wasn’t there until we asked for a phone number to reach him at. Speaking with him got us nowhere either. Wasting our time and money is all we have gotten out of this place, take your hard earned money elsewhere is my suggestion. Thank you for making it seem like we walked in expecting a free pair of $ 250 stilts. No, we called ahead and asked what to do in the case of the stilts breaking, first I was told to send in picture, I did that. After no one getting back to me, I called back as the second lady told me to bring it in and I would be given a new paid as that mean it was a manufacture defect, I’m unsure how that can be miscommunication? Then when we came in the ladies said I had never called, so I hit redial on my phone. Your phone rang. They were purchased last year yes, in June, not even 8 months. Under a year, something should have been done besides telling us you can repair them and we will pay out of pocket. There was not much said about fixing the problem, it was more back and forth about what I was told and the I consistencies with the ladies answering the phone.
