Well they sent someone out to look at the windows. He told me to keep the humidity down in the winter, I keep it at 40%, he suggested turning it off altogether. He also said to keep my blinds up. I’ve since had the rest of my windows replaced by Vinyl window pro. The man from that company told me that my all weather windows will probably last about nine years and then I’ll have to have them replaced. They installed the cheapest possible windows. It would have been good if their salesman had originally suggested other options but he didn’t.
