I called Allied Limo and the car arrived on time and the driver was really nice and polite and he got me to my destination safely. I would highly recommend this service.

Unlike other people we had a really good experience. I e-mailed for a quote for a return trip from the airport to the hotel and back. Quick response and good prices. Booking by phone was painless and they sent e-mail confirmations immediately. Also e-mail reminders before each segment. They cars were large and pristine. All drivers were excellent. I would definitely recommend them and use them again on our next trip to Calgary.

Just got back from Vegas today and decided to use the allied limos. The car used was nice and clean. The bad part about the trip is the driver. Kept checking his cell phone while driving. When we pulled up to my house he said«wait a minute» he then went on his phone to return a text. When I asked him what he was doing he said he was texting another costumer. After this experience I should have just taken a cab.

I have been a customer for quite some time and this morning they lost me as a customer for life. Their customer service is atrocious, and when their driver wanted to take us through rush-hour traffic when it could have very easily been avoided it was the last straw. They actually lost a good client over 17kms. UBER will come to town and force these morons to do business properly.

I have used Allied for several years and have taking about 100 trips with them. They have been perfect up until today which unfortunately they dropped the ball. I booked an airport sedan yesterday for a 5am pick-up the following morning(today). I received a call at 4:58 telling me that the driver got a flat tire and won’t be able to make it. He said that a cab was called and that they should be at my place in 5 – 10 min. First of all, the driver obviously got the flat beforehand, and since you can’t change a tire in 10 min in a suit, shouldn’t have I received the call from before and not at the time when the driver should have been at my place? The sedan was for my wife so I decided to take her instead since the time was so tight. There is only one major route to our place which I drove for about 10 min. I never saw any driver on the side of the road with a flat tire. Also, when’s the last time you heard someone of getting a flat tire. It rarely happens. The driver obviously slept in, and one think I don’t like is being lied to. Of course it sounds better saying that the driver got a flat tire over sleeping in. However, these guys need to come up with a better contingency plan for situations like this.

Perhaps my fault for not clearly getting the price for two stops up front. First stop was on the way to the final destination. Driver did not even get out of the car to assist the female occupant with her luggage and allowed her to shut the trunk door while he sat in the car. We drove 5 minutes to the final destination. Cab driver charged 150% of the final fare distance for two stops. When I asked about this ridiculous charge he just pointed to the rate sheet and said that is what he could charge. Not exactly good business practice. I have used Allied for the last time.

We took Allied’s airport shuttle from the airport to our hotel. I was expecting a bus type of shuttle but it was merely a large van. There were 8 of us so the van was pretty full. When we were going to fly out we also took the airport shuttle. Because we were leaving early there was only 4 of us so this time we weren’t crowded at all. A decent low cost way of getting to & from the airport. Better than taking a taxi which would’ve been more expensive. It was $ 15.00 per person one way.
