Not impressed with their ability to retain customers. I bought a BBQ& cover yesterday. The wind blew it off that evening and it was gone. Forever gone. I went back to BBQs Galore to buy a second one that was made better. I was hoping they would try and give me at least a discount because I came back to them. But nope. They sold me the second one for full price only. The first one was cheaply made and they admitted that fact, but would not give me a break on the«new» version that was three times the price. Not sure if I want to return to this place due to that greedy attitude. Show some empathy next time please. UPDATE: After their reply I called the number and the manager was very apologetic and courteous. Offered me a gift card(I turned it down because that wasn’t the issue.) and I think they learned from the experience. Added a star to the review.

One of my favorite stores in the city. The sales staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The selection is great and they’re a good place to go to for hard to find stuff. The prices are consistently good. I’ve purchased 3 bbqs from them over the years and every purchase has been great. The exact reasons i keep coming back are as follows: They’re the première store in the city for charcoal bbqs and supplies from the simple and effective Weber kettle cookers to the big green egg. They have an amazing selection of briquette and lump charcoal, a selection of smoking woods in pellets, chips, and chunks. The prices are consistently cheaper than home depot for the same models by 10−20%. They stock year round. Their sales staff are enthusiastic and can share personal experience and are willing to share knowledge without a guaranteed purchase. I’ve spent thousands here on my bbq hobby and I wouldn’t have done it elsewhere.

Unless you’ve bought one of their very expensive bbqs, you’re a lowly earthling who should not have dared step into their store. I’ve never seen such condescension an snobbery out of a salesman. Get over yourselves, not everyone has $ 3000 to spend on a BBQ.

Yes they stock a lot of cool bbq’s, smokers, cookers(one of these days I’m going to break down and buy a big green egg) and accessories but the last visit had me a little annoyed. I have a Weber bbq that despite being regularly cleaned it needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to spec. I go to their website, get the list of parts(with model numbers) I require and go to bbq galore. Unfortunately I got two of the most clueless(albeit friendly) clerks you could imagine.

This is a great store. Ill keep it short and simple cause when you look at the other reviews they pretty much say it all. I picked up a weber grill from here and was met with great service and they have a plethora of acessories with decent prices. Also check out the big chair out front and get a load off your feet!

I love camping and fire, so this store is like heaven. There are so many fun and cool accessories, etc. that the purchase cravings I have here rival that which I get in a vintage thrift store. I just want to buy everything. I still remember when I first saw the Brander party starter cooler(in an Orange Crush color, no less) because I thought it was the best thing ever(it has yet to be checked off of my wish list). I purchased my portable fire pit here and do appreciate the variety of products they have for many of your outdoor living needs. Good times, my friends. Who needs Bass Pro Shop?

My world remained forever changed once I walked through the doors at Barbecues Galore. I knew people could get really into BBQing, but I didn’t know they could be *this* into it! I half expected to find a store filled with nothing but BBQs, really, what else is there to them? Well, I certainly did find that, plus patio furniture, fireplaces and so many different accessories. I was blown away. BBQ covers, mats, brushes, gidgets and gadgets to cook your food in just about any way shape or form, a wall of sauces in the back corner, smoke chips, hot dog sticks, all kinds of things. I bet if you named it, they’d have it. If nothing else, you must go in for a gander and an introduction to the world of BBQ. If your jaw doesn’t drop, stick a skewer through me and call me a kebab.
