Diane was our sales person. She was very helpful and kind in assisting us in choosing a bedroom set for our teenage son. Their showroom is huge so you get to see a lot of products. They also have items in warehouse that can be delivered less than the waiting time of 4 – 6 weeks. Would shop here again!

Biggest disappointment and worst product ever. Purchased $ 2000 sofa that came in poor condition with absolutely poor upholstery quality I have ever seen on a new piece of furniture. Nothing like the showroom pieces appeared. They obviously oversold what they actually delivered. Even then they mixed that up when they loaded it on the delivery truck when I said I would pick it up. I was referred to what they call their customer service department to find they would take no responsibility whatsoever, «it’s the manufacturer» and offered no representation on our behalf nor any resolution except to fix it ourselves. Absolutely don’t waste your money here. We are stuck selling on kijiji as is at a huge loss. Wish I had read their reviews before. Eye opening experience to be swindled by such a poor operation.
