The thing that I love about Campione, is that they always give me excellent customer service. I NEVER get the «I’m too busy for you» or the «I know so so SO much more than you» attitude.
It doesn’t matter whom I ask my questions to, they’re willing to help, and give me a detailed answer.
I’ve taken my bike here to have few times, and have never gotten attitude because it wasn’t a high end bike.
They’re always fair with their quoted prices, and I feel they don’t take advantage of me, which other bike shops do when they see a woman with a single speed…
