Carlos Montes – Calgary Real Estate

Carlos had so much patience with us even when we were undecided about what area or what type of home we were looking for, it’s embarrassing to say how many times we blindsided him with a different thought. I would have been so frustrated with us if I was the Realtor. Carlos always made us feel like he was happy to show us whatever we were interested in. Carlos has a background in construction and it pays off when he is showing a property because he notices flaws that the average person wouldn’t. When it comes to selling he can put you in contact with great contractors because he has a lot of great contacts. We hesitated getting a home inspection for our recent new build. Carlos gently advised us that we should strongly reconsider and that the inspector he uses checks for water damage, mold etc. The inspector ended up finding a problem that had it gone unnoticed could have been a costly problem down the road. The builder resolved the issue and everything is fine now but we are so thankful that we listened to Carlos. We have worked with a lot of different Realtor for the past twenty years and we never met anyone as patient as Carlos. He doesn’t make you feel like he just cares about the sale. Carlos has such a warm personality and a big smile, combine that with all of his knowledge and it is a win win. Carlos will have our loyalty for as long as we live in Calgary.
