Victoria did a great job cutting my hair, she dry cut it and the outcome was wonderful. The layers are blended well and it looks and feels great! She styled it at the end with some big curls, it really is appreciated when your stylist goes above and beyond to make sure you leave the salon feeling good.

As any person knows a bad haircut or dye job can make you feel very insecure. Hair is a very vulnerable part of you especially since it makes up a big part of your personality.
After a dye-​job gone wrong I was devastated by the thought that I may have to cut my hair off to save it. But then I went to chatters salon in shawnessy where the girls there took such good care of me. There was no judgement over the bad dye-​job (despite it being professional it looked like I had dyed it at home in a sink) there was no talk of cutting it off, they simply looked at my hair and told me they could fix it to make it look the way I had originally wanted it to. Not only did they save my hair, they made it look like $ 800.
The hairdresser I trust the most there is Maria (pronounced Mariah) she could do anything she wanted to my hair and I would trust her to do it. She looks at my hair, she tells no lies, but she also makes you feel very positive, she doesn’t shame you for forgetting some hair care details, she is exactly who you need in a hairdresser. She is gentle throughout the appointment whether she is brushing or washing your hair, there is no roughness whatsoever.
One final thing, the receptionists at the front are always incredibly polite on the phone and in person, always offering me beverages and to hang my jacket.
Chatter Salon Shawnessy is the hair salon I trust my hair to. They do an awesome job and always take amazing care of me, my hairdresser is amazing but the other hair dressers are always professional and polite. Before getting my hair done was a hassle, now I genuinely enjoy it.
