My buyer purchased here in 2009. She enjoys living here. While in her late 70’s she is walking for shopping … and also drives her car. The walk to LRT is a wee bit far … but not too bad. She has used the LRT a number of times. Snow is a bit more difficult. However, there is currently an large assessment on the property … so current owners are the hook for some cash.
