I had never experienced all that is Dania Down Quilts Ltd. until last night. I was at Chinook Mall and needed the perfect addition to a birthday gift. Never having been in this store, I took a leap of faith and stepped inside.
Lucky for me, Kristen was working. As soon as I entered, she was there to help me with all my questions. Once we narrowed down my interest to these AMAZING down slippers, she hunted and searched for all the right sizes and all the right colours while I continued to change my mind about a dozen times.
Rather than losing her patience with me, Kristen politely smiled and continued to help me no matter how many times I wanted this in black or that in red, or this in an 8 or that in a 10.
Kristen was an absolute delight and because of her patience, high-​quality service and smile, I will definitely be dropping by again.
