I needed a huge Lilac pruned. The work they did was fine, although they didn’t complete it quite to the extent as originally discussed. Dealing with the office coordinator leaves you with a feeling that your inconveniencing her and the company. Her customer service skills are mediocre and really could use some polishing. Overall I had a mediocre customer experience. I won’t be using them again, there are too many other tree service companies out there.
