Consistent service, friendly and informative.
I love how I have been going to David’s tea for years and I still have yet to have a bad experience nor have I had the same kind of tea. The only thing that stops me from the full 5 star review is because they get too busy for me to be able to stop in because I’m on the go all the time.

This location is usually pretty packed, and, as it’s right next to Rocky Mountain Soap Company; makes for easy last-​minute gift shopping. Fill a gift bag with some teas, an inexpensive set of cups and then go next door for some handmade soaps and maybe a back massager shaped like an octopus: who wouldn’t like to receive that?! Someone I wouldn’t want to associate with.
They’ve also got plenty of samples on the ready, so if you’re too lazy or broke to walk over to Starbucks, this is the place for you.

Love Davids Tea in general, and this location is awesome.
It is pretty close to the entrance/​exit of the mall, so you can just pop in and dont need to walk through the entire mall to get your tea (I hate malls).
The staff is excellent, and they are more than willing to suggest lots of different types for you to sniff out. Yesterday I went in telling them my throat is scratchy and I needed something soothing and therapeutic. The salesgirl was on it, and expertly pulled out three different teas and named off the ingredients in each. I got one of them in a latte form and was quite happy.
No matter what type of tea you like, there is something for everyone at Davids Tea.
P. S. The Blueberry Jam in a soy latte form with a dash of honey is awesome! It’s like DESSERT! :)

Davids Tea offers quality tea in a variety of flavours, conveniently located within malls across Calgary. With flavours like chocolate, there really is something for everyone at this particular tea shop. Most recently, I had their passionate pink as iced tea, and it made a wonderfully refreshing pink tea (which admittedly also makes me like it more; pretty colour = extra exciting!).
The South Centre location is exceptional in service, particularly with the patience of their staff as you smell different teas before making your choice. Also, I really appreciate a location where staff can provide good recommendations, and the staff at South Centre do an apt job of that.
I highly recommend checking Davids Tea out.

I have had consistently amazing customer service at Davids Tea Southcentre. The staff is always helpful, and always ready to help you find something you’d like.
The tea itself is fantastic, and I’ve discovered all kinds of new possibilities since I started shopping here. Give it a try, and don’t be afraid to ask for help.

I’m so excited that we have a DAVIDsTea in town now. Honestly. When I was in Halifax I discovered this gem and I haven’t found another favorite since. Whenever I’m here I usually go for jasmine pearls of some sort. I hope they bring back the watermelon and blazing strawberry teas for summer.
Anywho the service here was pretty decent, I have no qualms. If only it wasn’t so far! I just placed an order online because I live on the other side of the city… If only they’d expand…

I love Davids tea and I’m so glad to see that Calgary has one now.
The guy helping me today was super helpful. He spent a lot of time with me determining my likes and dislikes, letting me smell all sorts of their seasonal blends. I came in looking for a specific tea that a friend had given me that I thought she had bought from Davids. Unfortunately they didn’t have it but I still walked out with two new flavours to try.
Their tin deal is pretty good. If you buy 100g of tea you get a tin for $ 2. When you bring the empty tin back and buy another 100g they give you $ 0.50 off your purchase. After 4 purchases the tin pays for itself.
Though this location is a little smaller than the one I frequent in Toronto, I find their tea selection to be great but their accessory selection to be slightly lacking. They carry all the basics that you could need, but the selection could stand to be a little more bountiful.
Go in here if you’re a tea lover you’re sure to fund what you need.
