Not my fave location, but its close to home and the tea is all the same!
I do buy bulk tea, but most of my purchases area single tea. And I usually try a new one every time. I’ve noticed at this location, they forget to ask if you want sweetener. For hot teas I never do, but still a question to ask. or they could set up like Starbucks, with all the additions done after by the customer.
Not a lot to say. It’s the Starbucks of tea.

Well, the service is a 4 (very friendly no samples…) but the tea was a 2 so I settled on giving this place 3 stars.
I was not expecting just loose tea thrown into a sachet and that be it! I am hoping at least the hot water is filtered here… I could not tell.
The tea just did not taste infused but I still finished it to the last drop. (chai guarana for energy)
The tea was very hot of course and when I asked for a sleeve… they did not have one. One guy working behind the cash advised us just to go steal one from Starbucks… so we did! They need to get some sleeves as I did not want to waste a second cup to double up. No seating. $ 3 a cup, not bad but… I have had better.
Teavana, I won‘t cheat on you again!
