I have spent thousands of dollars pre ordering and purchasing various systems and games at this location. Literally thousands of dollars and the staff won’t even smile at you let alone lift a finger to help you. The manager is the most miserable /​grumpiest person I’ve ever met. Her sour face ruins every experience. Good luck buying any new video game there without a pre order! Also half the items on there shelf aren’t actually in stock or for sale?! «oh you want to buy this headset? Actually we’ve been sold out of that for a year and a half… don’t know why it’s still on the shelf?»… Morons. I have finally had enough with terrible customer service and crossed the parking lot to Walmart where they have ample stock and no miserable employees. Avoid this nightmare at all costs.

I’ve been only to this store on 3 occasion’s and walked out twice. Maybe its my timing but it bugs me when this store is not busy with 3 employees behind the counter and only one person actually helping customers with purchases. I walked out and bought my xbox1 controller from London Drugs and it was still faster than if I had waited to buy something from EB.

I was looking for a unique cable for my Xbox 360 and the folks here were very helpful. I did have to wait a few minutes to be served, but there were other folks in there ahead of me, so I was OK with the wait. There was a good selection of used and new accessories, even for an «older» system like my Xbox 360. The staff here were certainly more helpful than the folks at the big box stores!
