Elysium 5

Five stars for this lovely shop. I called after work at 5:00 pm to see if I could get in that evening and they squeezed me in at 7:00 pm. i knew I needed a drastic hair cut but wasnt sure what I wanted. Anna was fantastic and figured out what I wanted and needed and have me a great cut that was very flattering. Reasonable prices and nice atmosphere, very friendly. I will definitely return.

Anna did a great job! I got my hair highlighted and the colour came out beautifully. She was very patient and put in a lot of care. Will definitely be coming back!

I decided to give Elysium 5 a try as I was unhappy with my last hairdresser at a different hair salon. Ana is my hair stylist and she’s really good! She asks me what I want and what she can do for my type of hair. This is my 2^nd time at Elysium with Ana as my hairdresser. She asked if I would like something to drink — coffee, tea or water. That’s nice. I must say, I feel pampered in that my hair gets 3 different treatments at the sink — shampoo, conditioner and the last one must be the rinse. I’ve never had 3 treatments for my hair ever. My hair feels good and smells really nice. After my haircut & blowdry, she made sure to brush off the hair off my face and my clothes. Such TLC!
I love my hair cut and she thinned my very thick hair and now, I’m ready for summer! Thanks, Ana.

A coworker of mine recommended Elysium 5 to me after my hair was butchered by another salon up where I live. I was lucky to get in the next day when I called to book an appointment with Marsha. She doesn’t work every day. She was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to ask about my hair, what works, what doesn’t, what i wanted, what she would recommend, the whole nine yards. When it was all said and done, I had one of the best cuts ever and I left the place feeling fantastic. Feeling so great, it’s too bad I can’t get my hair cut and styled like this every week.
The prices are reasonable and in my opinion worth every penny.

Kim was awesome! I’ve recently moved to the area and my hair needed some TLC. Kim did exactly what I was looking for and she had some awesome tips to keep my hair healthy! The price is great for what you pay and the products made my hair feel much healthier. I got highlights and a cut and some products for just under $ 200. I ended up getting shampoo & conditioner from the line that they carry, goldwell from Germany. Never heard of the product until now and so far i like it. Smells and feels great! Your first time at Elysium 5 is 10% off on services which is another added bonus. The ladies in the salon are welcoming and helpful. Definitely will recommend this place to others and will be back for my touch-​ups etc! :)

I came upon Elysium in my search for some product to repair my hair. The salon is small, there are only about 4 hair stations, with very cool big mirrors!
The woman at the front, I believe was the owner, gave me a very cheerful greeting. I told her about my bad experience at another salon and that I was in need of some product to repair my hair. They carry a lot of the Redken lines. She talked with me a bit and suggested a couple different products. She answered all my questions and even gave me some advice, like that you can over condition your hair, too much protein can make it brittle. So not only did she help me find the right product, but she taught me some things! The cost of product was very similar to other salons, I paid $ 29 for my Redken product.
She was very sympathetic to my situation, which confirmed to me that this was probably a great place to go for services, so I enquired about pricing. They offer all the usual hair services and also laser hair removal, waxing, nail services, facials, lash extensions and even foot detox baths. The prices for hair services were pretty standard. The cost of a set of gel nails is $ 65, a pedicure $ 60, so the esthetic services are a bit pricier than other places I have been too.
My first impression of Elysium was positive and I was treated very well despite not coming there for actual services. I will definitely visit Elysium for some services in the future!
