Fantastic experience !!! I did the combo and BF for the relaxation massage … Combo is awesome for me … It’s a mix of deep tissue and Thai yoga … Amazing by the wonderful customer service and professional setting :) we would definitely return for round two … My therapist is amazing … Soft spoken and polite :) but her technique is superb just like when I got authentic massage in Thailand :) love love love and dot forget to check all the addons they r all free al try them all :)

i just went for my very first 4 hand massage ever!!! and if you thought a massage was the best feeling ever … wait till you try EXIGE MEDI SPA 4 hand massage — it was quite the experience and would definitely recommend everyone to try it at least once!!!(or more)

Exige Medi Spa, is one of the best here in Calgary. The atmosphere at Exige is very warm and relaxing. I’ve had a few massages at Exige and each massage has left me feeling revitalized.
I always get their Thai Massage and with all the stretching and acupressure from this massage, it sure has helped me with the knots that I normally get from working in an office. I always feel refreshed and full of energy after my massage.
Go and try Exige. It’s definitely worth going to.

I’ve had three massage treatments at Exige now and I’ve been blown away every single time. I have typically hated any type of massage in the past, primarily because I’m weak and it hurts; however, after my first sessions with one of the therapists, though it was a bit painful, I can’t get enough! I feel my shoulders craving for some deep pressure and relaxation and have felt a lot more relaxed in general. If you’ve never been to Exige before, they offer a variety of options and you can choose a massage treatment that is suited to your needs. Therapists will focus on any area (s) that need relaxation or just a full body focus. The first time at Exige, I tried a combination of full body deep tissue and relaxation. This including some stretching at the end as well which was actually very relieving. My second appointment, I decided to try their Traditional Thai massage. I LOVED it! The therapists goes through a set of different yoga movements and stretches with you and it feels phenomenal. If you ever need that extra stretching after a workout or in general, this just feels so good and you know that you’re getting a full body stretch! Traditional Thai is definitely not a massage appointment you can fall asleep in. My third appointment was full body, all relaxation. The pressure and tempo were perfect and allowed me to fall asleep and forget about the responsibilities and stresses of life. The pressure wasn’t too hard and sometimes you need just a bit of pressure to feel relaxed. Dr. Amanda provides phenomenal support for her clients and if you ever have any questions in regards to health or if you’re unsure of what treatment to do, she will sit and chat with you about the different options and accommodate to your needs. And the therapists are wonderful. They are consistent throughout their appointments and will always make it their priority to focus on the areas that you have requested. 10 stars for Exige. Definitely could use another full body relaxation massage next week! Definitely give it a try if you haven’t!

My go-​to massage spa when in Calgary. I’ve been to Exige twice now and had the most amazing treatments. Both times I had a full body massages, but on my most recent visit I also included both a foot reflexology and scalp massage that were done simultaneously. I cannot tell you how amazing both of these were! As someone who gets a massage almost weekly, I have no hesitation to recommend the staff and services at Exige. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed and the staff make you feel very welcome. It is a little difficult to find if you are not familiar with the neighborhood (it is located inside a building with many different shops) but once you are there you will be glad you did!

Twice now exige have made a mistake with my booking. The second time today I’m sure they just gave my appointment to someone else. They text to confirm my appointment in the morning. When I was on my way into downtown from the south they text again to say they had made a mistake and my appointment time had already passed. This was hugely inconvenient as I have a young baby and had scheduled her around this appointment, feeding, nap, babysitter. Needless to say I will not use exige again for their unreliable service.

I just came from seeing Amanda Diep at Exige Medi Spa — a wonderful day spa providing massage therapy and acupuncture. I had injured myself twice in the past year and the lovely Amanda has brought me back to health with her incredible acupuncturists expertise. I have always enjoyed my time spent there and would give Exige the highest of recommendations.
