I had decent service here with a decent installation. I just can’t say that I was impressed enough to be drawn back when it’s time to redo my basement floors. I don’t think the advice I was given when choosing my floors was entirely accurate, and although I can’t complain about the finished product post-install, they did have to return a few times to do touch ups. Nothing too bad. Probably not a bad choice for flooring store, but there may be better.

A nice place to shop for flooring in North West Calgary. It’s not an easy location to stumble upon on Crowfoot Circle NW, close to the Crowfoot C-Train station, beside Visions. Same building as Enterprise Rent-A-Car. But they know their stuff and they have sharp pencils. Most importantly, the service is there. Great installation of carpet in my case. I’m glad I listened to Darrell about the underlay. It has made all the difference. So comfortable underfoot and the carpet is wearing beautifully. Highly recommend this flooring outlet.
