Absolute disgrace getting in; grossly understaffed, pathetic really. Pretty good apart from that though.

We took our 2.5 year old to the flying squirrel during toddler time and he absolutely loved it. Admission is a little pricey at $ 10/toddler and I think around $ 20 if you also want to jump too, plus you have to purchase «special socks» at around $ 3/pair. That said, our son had so much fun and was absolutely exhausted afterwards, which made it all worth it. We will be back.

Staff are friendly, the place is clean, food (what I saw and tried) was good. Great concept. Interesting location. Price would be our only deterrent to this place. $ 20 to play for 1 hour plus the cost of the games and such was ridiculously high. One of the staff said you can drop your kids off and leave, but if a kid is bleeding and unconscious, how would the staff know who the kid is? There are not enough staff to leave a child there with a buddy, but I was surprised by generally how respectful most of the participants were of smaller persons (we have been several times on weekends). The waiver process is cumbersome and glitchy. Be prepared to spend 10 minutes to absolve them of responsibility if anyone gets hurt.

Nice place but the problem is that they are severely understaffed and the few kids they have there are over worked and have little knowledge of what they are doing. So if you ask them a question one of two things is likely to happen. They will either snap at you or have no idea how to answer your question.
Also not sure why it is double the price of Extreme Air Park.

This place is nice, clean, and full of fun, I took my kids and their friends. And it was a blast, when we first went in, we had to register on a computer to the side of the counter. That was a bit of a headache as the touch screen was not cooperating but that was it, the rest of the time was a blast. Fun for everyone, and we went on a Sunday evening and it was not that busy so kids had even more space, and 2 hours is what we paid for, and that was just right! 1 hour goes fast, but 2 is great. I think all parents should give this a try for their kids, young and old!
