It’s hard to write an honest review when you’ve only attended formal classes at one studio (being this one), but being one of only two or three studios in town that offer bboying classes with actual bboys makes Free House a studio apart.
The bboying classes are taught by a local bboy who has competed in the States, Europe and across Canada and are excellent for beginners and intermediates looking for good training tips. I know the hip hop classes are taught by a local dancer who is one of the most amazing people to watch dance, so it’s safe to say she knows her stuff.
In general, the staff are friendly and take their job seriously. They’re here to spread the love of dance, and by george can I catch that vibe at Free House.
