This place is amazing. Brilliant concept. Excellent customer service. Everything is super fresh. I wish they had take home containers. Love the peanut butter Frogurt.

Good place to go! A large and good variety of toppings. The flavors highly depend on your taste. For me there are a few I really like, but many I don’t like too much. But you can try them, just ask for it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Still didn’t figure out the price for it, they just weigh it and I pay. But it seems like the usual price. The location is perfect to stroll around with the ice in your hand, either along the street or along the river.

Yum yum yum! I live downtown so luckily I am surrounded by a plethora of froyo options, but frogurt is my tummy’s favourite! I love their peanut butter flavour and then I sprinkle captain crunch alllllll over it for a delicious treat. My boyfriends favourite is the raspberry, so I’ve had a few spoonfuls of that kind as well, and it’s also super satisfying, and very fruity. Another great thing I’ve noticed is this froyo joint is usually less busy compared to the ones located on 17th avenue, so if you don’t want to wait in a super long line either, this I your spot.

I love frozen yogurt. And jelly beans. And fruit. Here’s a place you can put all those things(and omg so many more) together. In comparison to the other places, Frogurt has way more candy and had crazy flavours(pancake and maple syrup! Or candy apple!!) and a good selection of fruit even at 10:45PM. Plus they have squeezable Nutella and Marshmallow Sauce. Yup.

Sooo glad there is a froyo place SOCLOSETOMYHOUSE! YAY to living dangerously on the edge of life i.e. fear of expanding waistlines! I digress. Up until now, my froyo place of choice was Tutti Frutti. The other froyo place which starts with an ‘M’ and ends with a ‘chies’ is. not my preferred. I mean, artificial chalky flavours? Blech. So when I first sampled the froyo at Frogurt, I was super impressed. It tasted fresh(hooray!), no chalky flavours detected, and everything was hella yummy! They even had the calories and fat content on every yogurt flavour there! I love that stuff :) I liberally filled up my cup with the taro, the cookies and cream, and the raspberry sorbet, and went over to the toppings bar which was, dare I say, the most extensive toppings bar in all the froyo places I’ve frequented thus far. Delightful! After I made my super-pretty-and-delicious froyo, I paid and went over to their little photobooth screen and snapped a picture of me with my creation! Oh happy day!

It was a late Friday night and we were cruising along Kensington Rd after a nice dinner at Korean BBQ House in China town. We had no plans but to enjoy the rest of what had already been a gorgeous day. With tired arms and nothing but relaxin’ in our minds, we turned left on to Kensington Rd and there it was on the south side of the street(across from Osteria), a new shop that screamed«OMG!» after reading the name on the sign that shouted, «We serve fast Frozen Yogurt!» — It was all in the name my friends… FROGURT. And the search for the closest parking spot began! Ok, well I’m gonna make this shorter. I’ve got to finish cooking breakfast haha Frogurt offers self-serve frozen yogurt. First, you grab their one-size fits all kinda cups and move along to the frozen yogurt dispensers a step away. They have like 8 different flavours; from classic chocolate, coconut, raspberry, red velvet, marshmellow and a couple more I couldn’t remember… like oh yeah, vanilla!!! Then continue moving to your left for the huge spread of toppings! Captin Crunch is like the first thing I see, then gummy bears, sour candies, peanuts… I think there was probably 50 different toppings — more than any frozen yogurt shop I’ve seen in my life! Frogurt’s concept is not new, but it definitely was delicious. However, their twist on the self-serve frozen yogurt and toppings is the experience. They have a wall you can write on — and I sure as heck did! They have a photo booth that you can stand in front of and it will take your photo then automatically post it on their facebook wall where you can grab and share later! and I did that too! no shame :) all fun. They’ve got lots of staff to help you make your own frozen yogurt creation? Well, luckily I had my wife with me and that’s all the help I needed haha. But, just only been open for 3 weeks, I can understand their desire to make new customers feel welcomed and taken care of. I gotta tell you though, despite my jokes, Frogurt had their place filled with customers. Every 3 minutes a new group of people walked through those doors. Calgary, despite its long winters, surprisingly sells a lot of frozen treats very well. Heck, I’m a regular at all of them when its –10C out. It was very fun and delicious! great job Frogurt!
