Went in to purchase 2 pairs of glasses, was only greeted with a nasty look by one of the three girls sitting at the front desk when we arrived. Proceeded to ask a few questions because I’m not 100% with shopping for vision care but only received short unhelpful answers. After about 15 minutes of crappy service we left and went somewhere else, ended up getting the two pairs at the new place for the price of one at glenmore. Wish I could give less than one star.

Huge selection of Chanel, Prada and other brands of eyewear. I came here specifically for Chanel but walked out with Prada. LOL! They help when you need it. I got an eye exam right away because they noticed my prescription was expired. My glasses were ready in 2 days! Great place, great staff. What more could a girl ask for?

I visited the Glenmore Landing Vision Centre a couple of times. The first visit went very well. Nice staff, great optometrist! He was very thorough in helping solve my eye irritation problems. I had to return for a follow up visit a few weeks later. Unfortunately that didn’t go as well. I had booked an 8am appointment to avoid having to miss work. The day before my appointment I received a message on my answering machine explaining that I had been bumped to 8:15am. Not a problem. I showed up early only to be greeted by an irritated receptionist. I politely explained that I was there for my 8:15 appointment. There was a long pause when she couldn’t find me in the computer system. I went on to explain that it had been changed from the 8am appointment I had originally booked. She responded coldly with«Uh, yeah, actually your appointment is for 9:15!» I told her that unfortunately that wouldn’t work with my schedule and that the purpose of my original 8am appointment was to avoid missing work. She was visibly annoyed, raised her voice and told me that was fine and that they would accommodate me and I should sit down. I don’t enjoy being scolded, let alone for something that is not my fault. It’s unfortunate… but I am less likely to return to the Glenmore Landing Vision Center due to this staff member’s behaviour.
