Buyer Beware!!! This company is absolutely awful! We had them do work for our office in Calgary and it was not in any way a good experience. They delayed over and over again in getting our office finished and gave us excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t come in and finished the job. We went several weeks with an unfinished office because of this company and I would never recommend them to anyone. I never write negative reviews, but I was so disappointed with the service and work that we received that I felt I needed to warn others.

I have recently had my carpets ordered and installed by Glorious Carpets. The owner, Dan, was very courteous, polite and professional. He was so incredibly nice. I had an idea of what I wanted in carpet ahead of time, but when Dan came over and offered some additional suggestions, I went with his suggestion and I absolutely love it! The installers showed up, and were fast and they did a very good job. I was referred to Glorious Carpets by a couple of people I know very well, and I would definitely recommend again. Great experience, great price. I’m not sure why these other reviewers said what they said, I had great follow up care as well. I’m 100% satisfied.

Not understanding recent reviews. I had great service from Dan and Allan.
They took care of me and helped me make my decisions with the knowledge they had from the many years of business they have been in. I trusted and valued their opinions. I ordered my carpet and had it installed in a timely manner.
I would recommend Glorious Carpets to my friends and family.

We ended up choosing Glorious Carpets as recommended to do our basement and had a terrible experience. We ordered our carpet over five weeks ago and finally gave up and cancelled our order today. We got every excuse in the book regarding the delay. Would definitely not recommend!
