Horrible experience! They made a ridiculous mistake fixing my car (they forgot to replace all the screws they removed) which resulted in the interior light flashing like a disco ball and my locks not working. They repaired it in a July and this happened in September. I took it to my regular repair shop to figure out the problem and they found the missing screws. When I called Horton I spoke to the assistant manager and the manager, both of whom I needed to yell at before they would listen. The manager told me I should have called them as soon as my interior light went on. Right. I take my car to an autobody shop because I know how to fix it myself. They said they would happily fix it, but I won’t let them near my car again!

Great service. Very friendly staff. They said it would be a 5 day repair, and they got it done in 3. And even washed the car! I couldnt ask for more.

Wow! The guys at Horton auto body are great! I called them to find out what to do after my car had been hit by a pick-​up truck. They said to bring it in, they’d do an on-​the-​spot estimate and send it to my insurance company. I did that — and it took all of about 15 minutes. A few days later I got a call from them and my adjuster saying the estimate had been approved. We set a date to drop my car off. I had rental coverage — so when I dropped my car off, the guys at Horton called the rental agency who came and picked me up, took me to my temporary wheels — took less than ½ hour. My car was ready 3 days earlier than the estimate said it would be.
The guys at Horton 1) know their stuff; 2) have a system that works; 3) are really pleasant to work with.
I hope I never have another car that needs body work, but if I do I know where I’ll take it — no question about that!
