Not sure why the below review was deleted? So I’ve re-​poste w/​additional detail.
Was blown off not once but twice by their hot tub technician /​repair guy. Called for a technician appointment. Was told the technician would contact me on a certain day. Waited around; no call. Tried again the following week. Same thing. Tired of having my time wasted and being ignored and lied to, so went with a different company.
