Buying our mattress here was one of the best decisions we have ever made. I was a little sceptical about going here at first just because they aren’t a huge name like The Brick or Sleep Country, but I was wrong. Warren, our sales person, was so educated on every single mattress they had in there and made some really great suggestions for what we were looking for. He gave us a ‘beducation’, which honestly was really interesting and helped us make a better choice. Besides the awesome prices and great value, so far I have no complaints. All the mattresses come with a warranty as well if that helps settle any concerns that you may have. It also helps that you don’t feel pressured to make a purchase like you do at The Brick or anywhere else!
I would highly recommend that you check this place out if you’re looking for a new mattress.

Due to a very painful lower back problem I found myself needing to buy a new mattress despite the fact that my mattress was only 2.5 years old; because of this I was determined to make a very informed mattress buying decision. I did a lot of research online before ever stepping foot in a mattress store. The first store I stopped at was Mattress Mattress; I had never been in their store before and had heard good things about them. I was very impressed with the service I received; the Beducator (staff) took time to hear my concerns, provided me a few suggestions and then encouraged me to lay on each bed for a minimum of 3 minutes. I spent 2 hours in the store on that first trip! The Beducator was very respectful; she let me try out the beds at my own speed, checking in occasionally and promptly attending to me if I had a question. I wasn’t prepared to purchase a mattress right then and there; after all I was committed to making an informed decision and needed to check out other places. I stopped at 4 other stores (all major retailers) of mattresses that day. The maximum amount of time I spent in any other store was maybe 15 minutes; the sales people didn’t have nearly the knowledge of mattress that the Beducator did at Mattress Mattress and they seemed much more concerned with making a sale than ensuring my needs were met. I returned to Mattress Mattress again that day as my last stop for the day. A new Beducator was working then; I explained to him my day and that I was there to test the mattress I liked there again. He also suggested I try 1 other mattress. He then left me to try the mattresses at my own speed, checking in occasionally and being very helpful when I asked. I returned to Mattress Mattress 2 more times that week before finally purchasing my mattress. I must have spent a good 6 hours in Mattress Mattress testing out mattresses and really ensuring the one I bought was the right one for me. I never felt pressured by the Beducators at Mattress Mattress to buy a mattress and I felt they were genuinely concerned with ensuring I made the right purchase for me. I would absolutely recommend Mattress Mattress to anyone who is shopping for a new mattress it is a far superior experience to shopping for a mattress than anywhere else. They know what they are talking about and care about ensuring you make the right purchase.
