Excellent customer service, very tidy, very cozy, and great selection. The ladies were very nice when I went in, and even helped me choose some fabrics for my project.

The service in Calgary has slowly taken a turn for the worst — including our beloved fabric and sewing and notion stores. This store will willingly help you purchase a wrong item for your project and then outwardly refuse to refund or exchange it for something that you can use. So be sure the ittem that you buy is what you need before purchase. As well, be prepared to overpay for the experience.
