Got an appointment for three people altogether on Saturday morning for a pedicure. Was greeted, and brought in right away.
They have a very clean establishment and looks like very sanitized tools. They are very friendly and detail oriented.
The best part was the massage, nice 5 minutes instead of feeling rushed and unwanted.
I’m very impressed and the three of us will be definitely back!

The salon is clean and spacious. The gel nails I got however took a ridiculously long time, were very expensive and did not last as long as other places I have been to.

I called hoping to book an appointment right after work same day for a pedicure. Initially I had said I would be there before six but got there a few minutes after. Honestly I was stressed because I wasnt sure they’d still see me. They of course didn’t have to and I’d just book something for the following day. Luckily for being a 5 year old shop, they really deliver excellent customer service. I’m sure Alice was dead tired and ready for home but she still gave 110%. My feet and legs feel amazing. The Polish is immaculate. I didn’t feel rushed when the staff was mopping and cleaning. Everyone, even the guys cleaning, we’re really nice. The prices are very competitive, even more of a reason to check this shop out!

It’s always hard to find a nail salon that has great service and does an awesome job!
I think I found it!
The girls at Princess Nails are fab! They are friendly and know most of their regular clients on a first name basis. Their hours are great as they are extended during the weekdays (until 7PM) which is great for the after work crowd like me.
I do shellac on my nails and they always last at least 3 weeks on my nails. Once I had a chip after a week and they fixed it with no questions asked.
I definitely recommend Princess Nails for those in the area.
