The company I work for uses acrylic rods in some products and I’ve been sent here a few times to pick them up.
The customer service in-​person is good. They’re pretty quick at getting your order fulfilled. When they’ve had to transfer in product from other locations is where they fall a little short. Sometimes they’ll call you when it comes in and other times you might have to follow-​up with them.
