I haven’t had any problems with this dental office in terms of the work procedures done, they have done my fillings, wisdom teeth removal and checkups. However, the annoyances with this office comes down to their payments. Every time I go to my appointment, I clarify with the receptionist whether I am covered by insurance and she always said yes. Then one week later, they would call me and say I wasn’t covered and I would have to pay 100% of the work done. This has happened more than 3 times and I’m just sorry to say that if they plan on jipping me on that kind of stuff, I don’t want to do business with them.

I have been a patient of Scotia Dental Choice since moving to Calgary 3 years ago. Initially, I first went there out of convenience as I work in the building. But ultimately it was the friendly and professional service that has kept me happy.
I have had quite a bit of dental work done over the last 3 years and always appreciate the friendly advice and consistant quality that I have experienced. I would recommend Scotia Dental Choice to anyone looking for friendly, efficient, and professional service in downtown Calgary.
