This was a mixed experience for me. I thought I locked my keys in my van so I searched «locksmith» on Unilocal (I know, kind of a risky search) and started calling from the top of the list. SMC was the only company that had someone available. The lady on the phone was quite short and not very customer service oriened but said that their locksmith would call me within 5 minutes. It was quite a turn-​off. About 10 minutes later I got the call that he would be there in 35 – 40 minutes. The locksmith was friendly on the phone.
It turns out that my keys weren’t locked in the van and had got kicked under the coffee table so I called the locksmith back. He was great again and was glad I found found my keys.
