Always 4 starts, but yesterday 3 only.
The foodtruck is always parked at the MEC, easy to find and just $ 1 for parking.
I always order the steak bites and 4oz Prime Rib Sandwich. The dipping sauce is always good! But I think the bites that I had yesterday were a bit tough.
Also my sister and I shared the Sandwich after we had the bites, so the dipping sauce overpowered the taste of the sandwich. But the texture of the ciabatta and the prim rib were very good. The bread was crispy and the steak was tender. Easy to tear and share!

Maybe I was just too excited to try the Steak Out Truck.
Ever since I heard that Calgary had a Steak Out Truck, I knew i had to try it. I finally got the chance to the other day and was actually kind of let down. The sandwich and fries that I were served were pretty good with a nice amount of parmesan but I just expect more of a place specializing in steak. I’m a huge steak fan and was disappointed to receive a pretty average quality of steak. It was a fair price I guess, but definitely not getting any increased vote for price.
I might be back, maybe I need to get the larger steak?
