I had to update my review because of the office manager, Amy. Over the past few years, I have encountered a number of issues renting at this location. However, Amy has tried her best to smooth things over and fix every problem I’ve had. She responds quickly and is always friendly and attentive. She truly knows how to treat customers with respect. She is what makes this location great, not the prices, location, or anything else. If it weren’t for her, I would have left my review as is just because of the things I’ve had problems with. Amy is great to deal with even if I’m cranky. LOL Now if only Storage Mart can reign in their prices.
