Subway

#105: Located in Deerfoot Mall which can be accessed via car or Calgary Transit bus routes 32 & 69, this Subway also serves breakfast before 11:00am.
I gave it 3 stars since my 2+ trips there have yield nothing extraordinary. The staff is civil and reasonably efficient. They do not normally push the cookies or chips but just the meal leaving you to decide which extra and what quantify you would like. I put the menu URL in so as to help one decide what to eat before they go.
I usually get the Chicken & Bacon Bacon Melt (without the ranch), Cold Cut Combo, or the Meatball Marinara (all with tons of fresh looking vegetables) all on wheat (though I know it still has glucose-​fructose/​high fructose (maltose) corn syrup and is not gluten-​free but this is better than the white bread I suppose). I add to that the cookies because their cookies are pretty good and usually fresh (warm). I top that off with a water since the soda has the glucose-​fructose (have to cut that when I can). Usually costs between $ 7 and $ 10 CAD which is not too unreasonable.
The location itself is in the main axis of the Deerfoot Mall Food court with a number of tables and areas to sit and enjoy your snack.
