Subway

The employees here are EXTREMELY RUDE, they are stingy with their mayo and everything else i request in my sub. i have to ask 5 times for them to add extra olives because each time i ask they add 1 or 2 more. then after they started talking shit about me to the other employees in their language (punjabi) which i understand. They just are straight up rude. and they don’t know how to make subs

Unfortunately the worst experience at a Subway restaurant I have had was at this location. This is disappointing as my favourite Subway restaurant is their closest competitor on Falsbridge Drive NE. This has nothing to do with the location of the restaurant (as it would be more convenient to visit this one for where my bf is located) it has everything to do with poor customer service, bad food quality and an overall bad experience. My boyfriend and I went to have lunch at Subway yesterday and the sub I received (I asked for lots of pickles and jalapenoes) and after asking for more twice from the employee I stopped asking… I probably had 4 pickles and 4 jalapenoes on the entire foot long sub. We had to repeat our order throughout the process probably 15 times. When we went to go and fill our coffee cups, there was no cream so I asked for creamers and after a few minutes received a few cream for both of our coffees. We then realized there was no sugar for the coffee either; while trying to get the workers attention we then realized the coffee was freezing cold and watered down after trying a sip. The workers could hear me voicing my concerns about the cold coffee yet did nothing but avoid eye contact and pretended not to hear me and be busy with other chores. I then gave up trying to get service from the two girls working and we both left our coffees sitting on the counter and left. There would be no point even trying to get different drinks or a refund from this restaurant because I did not want to sit and wait for another 5 – 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I will never be back to this location and will not recommend it to anyone else. I would rather drive further out of my way for better service.
