The small talk is sometimes rather offensive and borderline. This needs to be improved to gain repeat customers. Coupons are a waste of time.

Just because they are local in the neighborhood does not make them good. I think this is part of a chain, but appears to be a small family-​run business. Service levels have hit rock bottom with the guys talking to themselves in their native tongue vs. the customers, and 1 guy was even talking on the phone while balancing it on his shoulder and ear while using the razor!
The guy left with several red marks around his scalp. They are unapologetic when busy, usually only having 1 guy in on any given day, and if they do have more than 1, they are usually late (this is from previous visits and what they tell the waiting customers!)
