I went in knowing what bike I wanted, so there wasn’t a lot of advice for them to give me on the sales side.
I’ve used the bike hard now for about six weeks, and all the adjustments and setup are still perfect. My wife’s bike, purchased elsewhere has needed to go back twice for adjustments and still the chain falls off if she shifts too quickly.
I would recommend them to friends if they were looking for something better than the Costco level equipment.

We stood at the small selection of kids bikes for 20 minutes. On sales guy studiously ignored us – he shouldered passed us to get to another couple. When they said that they did not need help, he headed to the back room.
We walked out and purchased a bike from a Cyclepath competitor. We won’t be back.

Bought my first bike in over a decade from this shop. The customer service is fantastic. They helped me find the right bike for my needs and installed all of my accessories same day, no charge.

Originally dropping in to check out bikes for my girlfriend, I found a line of comfort hybrids by Giant that suited me well, that felt and rode much like the bikes back in Holland, without the steep import price tag some of the «boutique» shops around Calgary will gouge you with. Sam was friendly and helpful, and they let us take a couple for laps around the parking lot.
We didn’t hesitate to give them return business when buying my girlfriends bike, and Dan went above and beyond just pulling down the bike we asked for, and guided us to finding a different type of bike that suited my girlfriend’s needs even better.

Every time I’ve been in the shop the staff are friendly, knowledgabel and willing to spend time with me answering all my questions and helping me find exactly what I need.
The shifter on my bike recently broke and Cyclepath went above and beyond dealing with the warrant and replacing the piece for me.
I highly recommend Cyclepath for all your bike needs!
