I’ve been a pita fan for many years, since the Pita Pit came to Canada. Extreme Pita I always considered to be the Pita Pit’s stingy cousin, and I would agree with that even today. I’ve noticed that their portions are smaller, prices seem to have gone up, and they no longer provide the extras like hot grilled peppers. Regardless, it is a decent, healthy lunch option.

If you are looking for a healthy but flavorful alternative to the everyday sandwich I would suggest trying this place out. The ingredients have been fresh every time I’ve been in and the pita is a excellent alternative to bread, which can seem too heavy sometimes.
