The Laundry Store

The Laundry Store is an excellent choice for customers looking to make an informed decision. They will educate you and set you up with excellent products. We’re super happy with our LG Dishwasher we purchased from this crew. Check it out, great little store, excellent down-​to-​earth sales staff.

Very impressed with The Laundry Store! We were shopping for a new washer-​dryer combo unit; we thought we had settled on a model from LG, and were calling around to determine local availability. Unfortunately, most stores would not even answer the phone, and Sears said they would not have it in stock til late September.
Enter The Laundry Store, who not only answered the phone AND had the model in stock, but also informed us that a far cheaper model was every bit as good, and would be a better replacement for our old Malber. They saved us nearly $ 1000, and delivered our new machine around noon the very next weekday. Delivery, installation and removal of our old model was quite affordable, and took only a few minutes. We’ve called them once since with an operating question, and received an answer immediately. The machine works well, so we are very happy we took the staff’s advice to save some money!

Bought a Bosch dishwasher from here and the service was fantastic, the price was close to 30% less than I would have paid from Trail, Leon’s or the Brick. Plus I also received free rinse aid as a gift. What fantastic service, this is the only place I will ever buy appliances from.

Calgary this is a hidden gem! The name may be deceiving they sell all kinds of home appliances. Pretty much any appliance manufactured in the world you can get it here. This place is unique because they are non-​commissioned sales. The sales people genuinely want to know your needs and what you are looking for. They have an abundance of knowledge of the products in the market and want to find something suitable for you. Unlike other appliance stores that may try to upsell you on more features you don’t need.
We were in there on a Saturday afternoon and our salesman spent about an hour with us helping us select the right washer & dryer, and dishwasher for us. He did a great job of telling us about all of the different options that could work for us. That kind of service you will not get at your big box store.
Best of all the prices here are very reasonable. I think we got lucky finding this place at the home & design show combined with a bunch of sales going on at the time. At the home show they had given out coupons to save the gst which we also took advantage of.
This is the only place I will shop for appliances for in the future!
