This truly must be the most dis-organized Tim Horton’s I have ever been too! Trust me, I frequent allot of coffee shops and can vouch for that. Waited in a small line(2 others were in line) and ordered 1 medium coffee and fruit explosion muffin to go. Easy order. The cashier rung me up, paid and then I waited to the side(as per her firm instructions). I waited… then waited and then waited. Finally I went back to the cashier and stated I was still waiting on my order and really was in a hurry and couldn’t wait any longer. She asked me what I ordered, rudely and who my cashier was? I was confused by this question since she was the only cashier working and my order was a medium coffee and a fruit explosion muffin. She walked away. I wasn’t sure if she was looking into it or what but I waited again as she went to the back. Finally the two other people who ordered before me were still waiting and asked the other girl who was making coffee on what was going on with their orders? She asked what they ordered and then said she would take care of it? Still don’t understand this part since they have computer systems, they should know what every customer has ordered? Strange. Finally the cashier came back from the back, walked up to her post at the register and asked me what she could help me with? I stated to her again, I was just waiting for my order and just wanted to go… as calmly as I could say it. Once again, she asked me what I ordered… here we go again. Long story short, she got me my order, put it on the counter and walked away. No apology or a simple«have a great day». I grabbed my stuff and went to my car. I realized she gave me a blueberry muffin instead of the fruit one I ordered. I didn’t want to turn back and deal with it again so just left. Very aggravating experience.
