Great play place for kids. No supervision of a trampoline basketball game could result in many injuries but otherwise safe and clean. Prices for food and beverages are beyond ridiculous and completely lacking in variety. Laser tag is great but price is also ridiculous. Feel a little bit like they are gouging parents because they can.

Great place in the winter months for kids under 10 to burn off some energy. Lots of things to amuse kids, while you sit back and hopefully enjoy a warm over priced some what okay beverage(coffee, latte etc) The price for kids is $ 13.95 + tax, which is a bit higher than what you would expect a kids play place to be. If you want to do the climbling wall, its an extra $ 10.00 per child to upgrade. Crazy I know to spend close to $ 25 per child to have some fun for a couple hours. I personally think they should include this in admission since they put a cap on using the climbling wall. You can only use it up to three times and like most kids, they want to go more than three times since its so small. It should be unlimited for the price. The other con to this place is no outside food, which is fine if you are selling things at a reasonable price. Nothing food or drink wise is reasonable here. This place is pricey for what you get, especially if you are upgrading and wanting to purchase some food or even beverage. Consider this place as something to do once in a rare while because spending a couple hours here gets very very expensive.

My mom took my kids here for a little play session and the big button room had a broken button. My daughter was zapped by it and scared. When we addressed it with the kids working there there was no care or concern no urgency to cover it so other children didn’t get zapped as well.

Fun times for parents with kids under 10. Bring your socks and get ready to run and slide on the giant play structure. They also feature a climbing wall and laser tag for an extra cost. It does get very busy on weekends with birthday party. My kids can easily spend a few hours here playing and having fun. I find it clean and appreciate the video cameras that help me find them in the structure.

This is a great indoor place to let your kids run around. They do need to change the price and make a year/month pass as $ 10/kid each time gets expensive and especially when you are forced to buy their food and drinks which is very expensive and limited. Yet I do see people bring their own food and drinks and clearly don’t hide it so enforcement on the staff lacks for their rules. The play area is very large and padded all the way. The tunnel though I will have to admit hurt climbing up as it is hard plastic and being an adult, your crouched and the pressure on your feet is painful. My daughter isn’t old enough for the laser tag and climbing wall but the extra price for it seems really expensive to tack on the already enforced admission. Plenty of chairs and tables which people are really good at cleaning up after themselves. I have seen workers clean up and wipe the tables for the lazy people who don’t and expect everyone else to clean up after themselves. Lots of different activities that is included in the price but working water fountains would be nice as it gets hot especially when packed on the weekends and if your playing in the play area. Security cameras are great so you can monitor where your kids are and also for the staff to tell the kids whose parents aren’t watching them, stop doing that. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. I would give it 5 stars but they really need to make an affordable continuous price pass and more affordable and better selective food and drink menu.

I love this place but not as much as my little man loves it! He runs non stop, jumps around, makes new buddies and best of all by the time we leave he is passed out in the backseat of the car from all the fun he had. Trust me moms and dads of NW Calgary, if your little one napped too late in the day and you want them to get worn out for bedtime this is the place to go!

First: Decent price for the regular admission but the cost to upgrade for the laser tag & climbing wall seems high. Adult admission is free, unless you want to join your youngster in the laser tag… Which can be a lot of fun. Second: No outside food or drink = huge pain in the ass. Especially since they have a fairly limited concession. I recommend eating before or after going to Tommy K. Third: Their party packages are quite expensive and adults are counted in the numbers for the party. Personally when I looked into it for my son’s 6th birthday, I decided it wasn’t worth it for 1 hour in the birthday room. My son has attended birthday’s there and they had the rooms scheduled back to back so there was no leeway, you’re in and out. 1 hour includes set up and take down of any decorations you may want to put up. I found that kinda lame. Overall, seems like a decent place to have the kids burn off some energy in the winter months when playing outside isn’t an option. The place reminds me of Bonkers that was in Market Mall back in the day.

Tommy K has some serious implementation issues that need to be addressed. First off is the prohibitive cost of at least $ 10.00 per child which would be fine if they provided a clean playing area. The floors at opening today were littered with garbage, snack wrappers and a floor that hasn’t been vacuumed in a week. The equipment is showing some wear and doesn’t look like it sees cleaning or active maintenance. There are lots of indifferent staff who are interested in charging you extra for overpriced snacks that you can’t bring in yourself. By the way, there are no in and out privileges which make buying drinks and snacks there a necessity. I really like this concept however with the current state of affairs, feel the admission price is not justified. If you are satisfied with mediocrity, and like to overpay, this is the place for you and your kids.

great setup for kids & parents. comfortable chairs and tables to watch my kids. But I wish they had water fountains for my turbo charged over heated kids. Next time we’ll bring our own bottles. I was pleasantly surprised to see a young staffer straying and wiping down equipment.

Fun place for a toddler and kids. Very safe, clean and welcoming. Great cafeteria selection. I really enjoyed bringing my son here. I like how open the space is and that there are so many tables to sit at. The cameras and TV sets are helpful in seeing where your little tike could be. I don’t know why other reviewers are complaining about other people’s kids. There are signs that say, parents are responsible for their own child’s behavior. It is not a daycare. It is an indoor playground. I would hope that parents are there to supervise their own children. I sit back and watch and more often than not, follow my son around and watch him play. I like their menu selection and that they serve London Fogs. Yum. I like that they provide lockers and locker rental, although if it isn’t too busy they really aren’t needed. You can pretty much store belongings on the tables and just keep and eye on them. Because it’s still new I find things are very clean. We’ll have to see with time if the place starts getting run down or filthy. There are many activities children can do. There’s all climbing(though it isn’t always open) and a little race track for these little cars. So fun!
