Beef curry, Beef vindaloo, Kheema curry, Kofta curry, Beef Biriyani, Butter chicken, are just a few of the items you’ll find on menu at Touch of India. All the items that I had just listed are for $ 10.00.
This is a strictly take-​out business, no chairs or tables upon entry. When you enter this establishment you have about 1.5 metres before you hit the wall in front of you. Actually, before that you face a cooler full of take-​out goodies ie: butter chicken, curry beef, naan bread, etc. all frozen ready to be purchased and to be heated up in your home for a tasty treat when your family arrives.
To your immediate right, the store ends in approx. 5 metres or so. I guess what I’m saying here is, it’s small. They have just enough room for a couple of refrigerator/​freezers, and a cash register to ring in their daily business.
That day I came in for some Samosa’s. They carry beef, vegetable, and lamb samosa’s. They also charge different prices for each, and if they are cooked or not. Obviously if they cook them for you they cost a little more. It only takes 10 extra minutes, but well worth it. It saves you the hassle, and you don’t smell up your house. (Deep Frying) The lady working their is super friendly, and she explains everything if you don’t quite know what something is.
Oh yeah in closing, the lady that works there told me that they have a second location in the Kingland Market which I have since been to as well.
