XS Cargo never allow customer to use their restroom even kids and senior. They are one of the big store, retailer in canada. Do not understand their policy.

XS cargo rules. It’s shopping and gambling at the same time. Gambling in the sense that the«NOREFUNDS. PERIOD» clause means taking a chance on buying something that was discontinued for reasons that would only come to surface once you used the product. In this case my last visit to XS was a straight flush. B&D coffee grinder, spice jars, carafes, even the table I’m typing this computer on was all under $ 20. I even got enough pasta to last me the apocalypse. I had my handsome eyes eyeing the foreman grills… handsomely. I’ll be back XS. ps. They do have the most AWKWARD shopping carts. They’re barely big enough to hold most large purchases and they carry this huge metal rod so that dickbags won’t steal them away from the store.

Xs cargo is a decent sized liquidation store that has all the usual cheapy bon bon’s and nick nacks one might want. Need a cheap stereo? this place might do the trick! or perhaps a cheap 50 dollar acoustic guitar? It might not play very well, or even sound good but maybe you just wanna buy it and smash it to see what it feels like(I was tempted!) Xs cargo has a fairly modest collection of cheap goods compared to other liquidation stores but it certainly might hit the spot! The last time I was at Xs cargo I went on a search for a slow cooker. Upon Inspection I found the models a little bit too cheap for what I wanted and I really wasn’t feelin it. However I will be back when I need a new coffee maker. They had the very same Cuisine art grind and brew that I use and it was much cheaper. However like any bargain/liquidation store you never know how long they will stock an item for because its all based on rejected, over produced or leftover items. I would say this a good place to make a round once in a while. They have some decent cheap basic appliances(toasters, blenders etc.) and also basic tools and such and of course most of it is pretty darn cheap. If you are looking for cheap shopping destinations and want some basic item to hold you over until you can get a quality ones I would say this place is certainly worth a look. Check it out!

I had a rough morning. My much loved, waffle iron finally had the bun. I bought it at either zellers or walmart well over 10 years ago for $ 15 or $ 20. I have many fond memories of making waffles the morning after house parties(and of course with ex boyfriends). When this thing bit the dust, I had a mix of anger(because my breakfast was in it!) and nostalgia. I was going to head to one of the many department stores in this city, but decided instead to just check XS Cargo, since it is fairly close to my home. XS cargo is a liquidator of many things, so you never really know what you will find. The one guarantee is if you find what you’re looking for, you’re going to get it at a bargain price. Low and behold! XS Cargo DID have a waffle iron. This little number makes TWO waffles instead of one. Double your pleasure! Further, my house guest won’t have to wait for theirs to cook while they watch me eat mine(haha… just joking, I do serve my guests first). The waffle iron was $ 9.99. That was not a typo. They also had Hamilton juicers on sale for $ 39.99. I got out of there before I ended up with more small kitchen appliances than I needed this Sunday. The moral of this story, is check out XS Cargo. My new waffle iron has a 30 day guarantee(so if it is a dud, I can bring it back for a refund). More importantly, I am ready to start making breakfast again next weekend. Giddy up!

I was in here yesterday, as I was in the neighborhood and thought i would check out this location. It had many of the same items that i have seen in the NE collection — and although this location was slightly bigger it had an empty feel to it. I recognize that this place isnt about a great shopping experience — but the people working there were not too professional. They were shouting back and forth at each other in regards to something they were dealing with. It felt like you were in someones garage rather than a store. On a good note, the prices are good, there are some neat finds to be had and there is free parking out front.

XS Cargo in South Calgary is just off of Glenmore Trail, and one of the best places in the city to go bargain hunting. Just like the one in North Calgary, the range of merchandise to be found is quite impressive, and the prices can be literally staggering. Just recently I purchased four medium sized pre-stretched art canvases, and a box/easel acrylic paint set for less than $ 40. Prior to that trip, I’ve also bought memory foam pillows, USB docks/wall chargers, DVDs, cables, and a whole slew of other products for really great prices. The quality of these products have always been fair. Aside from a few dodgy electronics purchases(which I would never recommend buying at discount stores anyway), I’ve been pretty happy with my experiences at XS Cargo South. This location is great too. Although there’s always a fair amount of customers at any given moment of the day, the store remains clean, relatively quiet, and easy to traverse. The staff are generally friendly and, aside from a few employees who like to shout their conversations across the floor(*hiss*), unobtrusive. My biggest problem with XS Cargo is just restraining myself from purchasing things I really have no use for, as all items here are final sale. Keep that in mind when you shop here!
