Now, how does one review a dentist?
Doctor Greg Yates has been my dentist since March 20, 1985, and only three things could make me go to another. 1) Relocation. If I were to move away from Calgary or the Calgary Area I would of course have to seek a new dentist. 2) Retirement. If, nay, when Dr Yates retires his practice. This is something I know will happen eventually, but dread the day it does. This holds also for the third option. 3) Death. Just as everybody poops, everybody dies. All I can do is hope this does not happen either to myself or to Dr Yates for a very long time.
So, aside from my family, my (very professional) relationship with my dentist has been one of the longest of my life! I have good memories of going to the dentist. As such, I have never really been worried, nervous, or even scared about visiting. Even with the few fillings and other minor dental work that I’ve had, I’ve never worried. Doctor Yates has always put my mind at ease, as well as my jaw (hooray for novocain, or whatever they use!).
I’ve only ever had good, nay excellent customer service there, too! The reception staff are always friendly and willing to work with whatever last-​minute things might come up.
No good dentist is cheap — err… inexpensive. All good dentists, especially the great ones, make the experience as enjoyable and painless as possible. I’m not sure if Dr Yates offers sedation options, but it never hurts to ask.
