Wow. What a pleasant surprise to find ourselves in this sweet little gem of a café. A menu of sandwiches and soups, that are far from simple. We had a spicy chicken chowder that had the perfect amount of heat and a delectable grilled cheese. The pulled pork was perfection (pulled pork can so often be disappointing…). Took a couple of chocolate cookies and butter tarts to go.
The server was so kind, patient and helpful to everyone in the place.
I would have loved to see a children’s menu (as portion sizes were generous), and breakfast options, at least on the weekends.
I’m looking forward to going back on my next visit, and the one after that.
