Booked an appointment with them through Costco but they never showed! I called them a few days later to see what happened, they said I was not even in the system and took my information AGAIN and said someone will call me the next day. A few days pass and still no body called! I called them AGAIN to see what is happening, they said I was still not in the system and took my information for the 3RD time! The person I was talking to then said that they could not come out for an estimate because the house has to be registered to our name before they could give us an estimate! So why wasn’t I told of this the first time so I could hire someone else? This is very inconvenient to have such a rule as the bank required the estimate before closing and other companies had no problem with it at all. On top of everything they were very rude on the phone and very unprofessional, did not know products or pricing, and was very hard to talk to them. I asked them for approximate they said $ 25 000 – 30 000 whereas other companies quoted me at $ 10 000 with the same product that they are supplying.
After 3 times of interacting I think I gave them enough chances which they ruined them all!
I zero recommend them to anybody, please stay away from this company!
