Degraaf’s Kwik-Way

Great spot to pick up everything you might need in a pinch.
Just stopped in here to grab something to drink and they have plenty of options for quenching your thirst.
Friendly staff, and a great selection. what can you ask for?

A shady little business in a relatively small town. I tried to make a purchase using debit, (a service you are even charged a minimum fee for) and received decline slips from the interact machine, so I used another method of payment for my purchases. I returned the next day with my statements and proof that I was in fact charged, and was promptly given the run around by an employee.
I returned several times over the span of a month trying to get something done until they told me I would need to photocopy my proof, and they would send it away to the interact company to solve the problem. Another month goes by, and I received not a single phone call, nor the money that was wrongfully charged. They owner kept denying responsibility, refused to take accountability to solve the problem, and told me that because it had never happened before with a customer before he wasn’t worried about it. The interact machine itself has directions taped to it on how to refund a purchase…
Overall the store is dirty, and the owner was so cowardly he wouldn’t provide me with his information so I could directly contact him to make a solution. I can’t complain about his two sons who work there though, they were very accommodating to the best of their abilities.
If you absolutely have use this store, save yourself the hassle and PAY WITH CASH.
