I agree with Dan G. there’s a skinny hat-wearing dude that works there who’s the rudest dick I’ve ever had service from. Every time I see him in there I avoid the store, and go get a coffee instead. He could say things nicely, instead he snaps and is rude and condescending. His daddy must own the store because there’s no way he was hired for his people-skills. Otherwise I love the place, the others who work there are wonderful and friendly, always looking to make a suggestion, and they help my bf pick out tea to surprise me with, so they’re pretty awesome! I love that it’s so close by. P. s. Walked there yesterday(Tuesday May 17th2016) after yoga with the intent of getting a cool new tea, and two 100g tins(Chocolate Macaroon, and Forever Nuts) because I’m out. Rude Employee Guy was there so I just turned around and walked home. FML he’s so rude.

Just your average David’s…not much to say except that they have lots of tea. The guys working there weren’t very friendly, but the others were great.

As a new tea drinker, I still have much to learn about tea, and much to buy. It makes my trips to tea places kind of exciting as there are so many new items to try! Davids Tea in Charlottetown is huge compared to its counterpart in the Halifax Shopping Centre(I have yet to visit the downtown location). It’s easily twice the size, with twice the products. I was a bit awe-struck walking in the first time. Fortunately I didn’t have my purse so I could only browse. During my second visit I chose some green teas to try. This location has much, much more in the way of accessories. I oohed and aahed over all the different cups, mugs, sweeteners and multi-packs. They want a lot for their mugs, but someday I will bite the bullet and shell out. For now I’m still trying all the teas and discovering what I like. Staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Davids Tea seems to hire engaging, professional staff overall(at least in my limited experience). While I don’t get to the Island too often, this will become a regular stop on my shopping route.
