Pharmacies & Pharmacists we put our very lives into their hands.
No negative star rating so I gave one but would prefer zero.
Patients who deal here have multiple stories to tell. I can only report my own :
1: refills ordered in plenty of time, delivery did not arrive, called again 2 days before I absolutely must have: they had not been filled yet; reminded them that I must have before next morning. Told they would be delivered that afternoon. Did not arrive, called again at their closing time and told they must still be in the delivery vehicle so I would get in am.
2– another time order arrives; shorted on prescription fill; if I wasn’t filling my daily dosers I would not have noticed but it was 2 weeks short.
3– I was phoned and asked for payment for narcotics as my insurance does not cover them. This is important as I do not take any narcotics; turns out it was another error and was another patient.
4– received someone else’s drugs as mine were mislabeled; I am cognizant enough to recognize my drugs; not so sure about who ever received mine. They sent out correct drugs.
So, wrong drugs, wrong dosage; wrong amount and sloppy timing … And a delivery driver who advises you to change pharmacy.
This we did today; I think it is a change we don’t jump for lightly; like changing doctors we are slow to do these things. But, as I stated we put our lives in these people’s hands and I feel this pharmacy is not trustworthy of the faith we must put in them.
